Accepted Orals
IIn the context of the conference, the accepted oral presentations will adhere to a 15-minute time slot, consisting of a 13-minute oral presentation followed by a 2-minute question and answer (Q&A) session.
Special Prize for Best Young Researcher Oral Presentation :
- A distinguished award will be presented to recognize the best oral presentation among young researchers.
Eligibility Criteria for Young Researchers :
- Young researchers eligible for this special prize encompass Ph.D. students or postdoctoral fellows. The Ph.D. must have been defended less than 3 years before the conference.
Evaluation Process :
- Evaluation for the special prize will be conducted by representatives of the young researcher community from each country actively participating in the conference.
Nature of the Prize :
- The special prize will manifest as funding aimed at supporting mobility within Europe for the deserving recipient.
