Call for hosting the next conference
In accordance with the established rules, we invite eligible organizations to declare their candidacy to host the next European conference on gas hydrates.The following guidelines outline the criteria and expectations for hosting the event:
Rules
- No Parallel Session
- Time to Meet and Discuss
- Cost-Effective
- Two Years Cycle
- Regularly Renewed Scientific Committee
- 50% New Members at Each Organization
- Not More Than Two Successive Participations in the Scientific Committee
- One Member of the LOC Automatically Member of the Next Scientific Committee
- Two European Scientific Members per Session
- One Additional Qualified Scientific per Continent
- No Plenary Conference for SOC Members
- LOC Presents the Welcoming Talk
